Process
At Millmar Homes, we take a very personal approach to each and every home
we build. If you are considering building a custom home, John Miller, the
owner of Millmar Homes would love to talk to you. John will sit down with you
and your family to help determine what things are most important to you in
your new home. From there, you will meet with one of our architects to have
preliminary plans drawn for your approval. Once the plans are approved, the
price is agreed upon, and the contract is signed, work will begin on your new
home!
